Mount Beauty’s sports stadium is getting a resilience upgrade

The Kiewa Valley was thankfully spared from major impact during the 2019-20 bushfires, but we all saw the devastating impacts on other communities in North East Victoria. Parts of the nearby Upper Murray experienced power outages of up to three weeks.

Preliminary steps towards public EV charging in the Kiewa Valley

The wave of Electric Vehicles (EVs) is about to hit.  In 2021, there were three times the amount of EVs sold in Australia as in 2020. This trend will only continue upwards as individuals and organisations transition to clean energy.

 

Collaboration with Sustainable Upper Ovens on their CCAP Field Day

On March 26, TREK joined with our friends at Sustainable Upper Ovens and a host of other groups and individuals to present the inaugural Community Carbon Action Plan field day in Bright.
